Dear Julie, 

I would like to take this opportunity to give you some feedback on our association with you and photo123 in particular. We have been hiring photo123 for the past 5 years to do all our team photos as well as parent’s individual shots of their kids playing footy at Wentworthville and the outcome of this has been such a great experience for all concerned. 

You and all your staff have been such ultra professionals when it comes to taking our team’s photos, your patience and understanding has also been amazing to witness. Nothing seems to be a problem to organise or change last minute photo shoot times although I do know it does affect your business you are still happy to make the sacrifice in our best interests and I thank you very much for that. 

Overall the last 5 years has been a pleasure to have worked with such a pleasant and obliging company who put their customers needs first and foremost before their own, this is very much appreciated by every coach, manager and player of our club who I’m sure join me in wishing you all the best with your business into the future, we certainly wish to have you and your staff taking our photos for many years to come. 

There is an old saying in business that goes “look after those that look after you” and you really do look after us so we wont be going elsewhere, we are here to stay. Thank you Julie for all your guidance and assistance throughout the last 5 years.
